Course Overview

The role of the modern manager demands that you have both the knowledge and skills to manage and supervise people and resources. Frequently, in today’s business climate, you are responsible for driving through numerous change initiatives. This course gives First Line Managers the opportunity to gain insight and skills into the role of the Supervisor.
