COURSE INFORMATION

This course provides an understanding of the principles of leadership and the processes and skills required for effectively managing staff performance. It aims to bring consistency in using performance management within the business. The course will help managers and team leaders recognise their role and contribution to effectively manage performance and conduct at work.

 

At the end of the course, you will have an understanding of the principles of effective performance management, and best practice performance management processes. You will learn and explore how management style and organisational culture are critical elements of the performance management process.
