This qualification is for learners at all levels who want to develop their knowledge and skills in effective coaching within an organisational context. It is ideal for both new and existing coaches.


The programme consists of 3 mandatory units, and each unit studied contains an assessment:

  • Understanding Good Practice in Coaching within an Organisational Context
    (It is requirement of this unit that you undertake and record a minimum of six hours of effective coaching with a maximum of two individuals)
  • Undertaking Coaching within an Organisational Context
  • Reflecting on Coaching Skills within an Organisational Context
