Fife College have a number of new courses in lean management and root cause analysis to help businesses and individuals throughout Scotland make a difference in the workplace and implement real productivity improvement.
We believe that Lean Management should be simple and visual in the workplace, and that all employees should have knowledge of Lean. This can be gained through our Introduction to Lean course.
