COURSE INFORMATION

This course will help improve your computer skills both at home and in the workplace. It will give you a general overview so that you can be confident using the internet safely, learn to send emails, connect printers, save files and create Word and Excel documents. It is run as a closed course with plenty of time to ask questions and get advice from your trainer. You will also receive learning materials to take away with you so that you can continue your development after the course.

  • An Introduction to Computer Skills and how to use Email
  • A Basic Introduction to Word
  • A Basic Introduction to Excel

This one day participative workshop offers a number of ideas and practical techniques that participants can use immediately.
