FLEXIBLE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FUND (FWDF)
Update on the Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF)
We wish to inform you that the Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF) has been discontinued. This fund previously offered levy-paying employers and SMEs up to £15,000 and £5,000 respectively towards employee training costs, supporting Scottish businesses in developing workforce skills to enhance growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Despite the discontinuation of the FWDF, Fife College remains steadfast in our commitment to support businesses and employees across Scotland. We continue to offer a wide range of high-quality training courses and bespoke programmes designed to meet your specific training needs. Our Business Development Managers are on hand to help you navigate through alternative funding opportunities and to create effective training plans that deliver tangible benefits to your organisation.
Our Ongoing Commitment
Fife College is dedicated to providing high-quality, local, and in-house training solutions tailored to the unique requirements of your business.
